PETROQUANTUM's corporate structure is based on a concept of loosely coupled, partnership-based, zonal nodes. Each node is managed and operated by a PETROQUANTUM partner, or is based on an exclusive, joint-venture partnership. Each node doubles as a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for specific areas of expertise. As such, a node is responsible for developing the company's strength and domain knowledge in its own area, while sharing know-how and expert resources with other nodes.
- The European node (CoE for Supply Chain Management, Business
Development and Technology Strategy) operates out of
Amsterdam, The Netherlands, managed by Rafi Maman
- The Asia-Pacific node (CoE for Refining, Chemicals and Process
Operations) operates out of Whangarei, New Zealand, managed by
Shaun Dyke
- The Middle-East/Africa node (CoE for Plant Engineering and Process Control) operates as a joint venture with Elcode Engineering Ltd and managed jointly by Elcode's CEO Uri Lilian and Rafi Maman.
