These people will be industry experts in their field and have the ability to:
Develop and implement creative solutions;
Think conceptually and strategically and understand theoretical frameworks;
Understand the issues and trends in the global oil industry;

Show leadership in what they do and how they do it;
Work positively with a range of people throughout an organisation,
seeking to understand alternative views and modelling the level of respect and integrity we expect;
Apply sound knowledge and experience to develop commercial arrangements;
Travel and work in different countries and cultures;
Operations Excellence
We are interested in people who have a strong background and experience in the oil industry across two or more of refinery operations, maintenance and/or technology. People with a sound practical approach to the oil refining industry, ideally with experience extending over more than one location,and have developed an understanding and appreciation of best practice in this industry.
These people will be industry experts in their field and have the ability to:
Leverage their experience and knowledge of industry best practice
to help clients improve their operational performance;
Work positively with a range of people throughout a client
organisation, seeking to understand alternative views and modelling
the level of respect and integrity we expect;
Develop and implement creative solutions;
