At present, we are focusing significant efforts on two areas of our business :
1. Integrated supply chain management processes and tools (from Trading through Supply/Distribution to Manufacturing planning and scheduling), working across internal and external interfaces, with particular emphasis on:
Technology strategy and technology selection
Key decision making processes in the optimisation of the enterprise and its value chain (including up-stream and down-stream of the refinery); and
