worked with UOP Management Services, Inc (UMS) to deliver a comprehensive, refinery-wide Safety and Reliability Improvement Project for a refinery in the Republic of Korea.
PETROQUANTUM helped develop the methodology and execution plan for the project and contributed significantly to the implementation of this project.
PETROQUANTUM provided technical expertise and support (hydrocracking,
hydrogen manufacturing and vacuum distillation) and was responsible for the benchmarking activities that covered operations management and turnaround performance; benchmarking against relevant performance metrics and the underlying processes, systems and practices.
PETROQUANTUM
also provided support with project management, the refinery safety management systems benchmarking review, the preparation of the overall report and the final presentation to the end-customer.
